Billy Wilkerson

BILLY WILKERSON
was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on October 26, 1932 the son of the late Tom Wilkerson and Daisy Benson Stricklin.
On November 15, 1952 he was united in marriage to Mattie Ruth Wood, who preceded her husband in death on April 20, 2003.
Mr. Wilkerson was a Pentecostal Minister and also was a school bus driver for McNairy County. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, doing wood work and raising setter bird dogs.
Mr. Wilkerson departed this life on July 8, 2016 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 83 years, 8 months and 12 days.
He is survived by his children, Mary Jo, Kathy and Shirley, all of Adamsville, Tennessee and Terry of Shiloh, Tennessee.
8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren
one brother, R. D. Stricklin of Savannah, Tennessee
In addition to his parents and wife, he was also preceded in death by one infant son and one grandchild, JoAnna Sharpe.
