Billy Ray Patterson

Mr. Patterson passed away Tuesday at Baptist Hospital East.
The husband of Helen Pruette Patterson, who survives, he was a farmer. He was born to Bester and Addie Lou Hammons Patterson and lived most all of his life here. He loved gardening and watching races. Mr. Patterson was a member of Saulsbury Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, whom he married on November 1, 1951, survivors include two daughters, Helen Ilene Russell of Saulsbury and Geneva Ann Mynatt of Sauslbury; two sisters, Bonnie Sue Cotton of Southaven and Mary Ann Bryant; three brothers, Jerry Wayne Patterson of Hickory Valley, Jerry R. Patterson of Byhalia, Miss. and Ronald Herbert Patterson of Batesville, MS; seven grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
