BILLY JOE DAVIS
Was born in Noble, Arkansas on May 13, 1933 the son of the late Joe and Zudie Clark Davis.
On April 21, 1951 he was united in marriage to the former Dorothy Ellon Dickey, who survives.
Mr. Davis was a self-employed plumber and electrician. He attended First Assembly of God Church.
Mr. Davis departed this life on December 8, 2005 at his residence in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 72 years, 6 months and 25 days.
Other than his wife, Dorothy of Adamsville, Tennessee, he is survived by 4 daughters, Mary Ellon White of Adamsville, Tennessee, Brenda Franks of Savannah, Tennessee, Kathy Freeman of Scottsboro, Alabama and Diane Cook of Savannah, Tennessee.
One son, Jerry D. Davis of Adamsville, Tennessee
17 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren
3 sisters, Virginia Plunk and Thelma Smith, both of Michigan City, Indiana and Betty Henn of North Carolina.
Mr. Davis was also preceded in death by one sister, Margie Preston and 4 brothers, Earl Bufford, Johnny, Doyle and Ellis Dean Davis.
