Billie Walker

Billie Miller Walker was born May 7, 1931 in McNairy County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Bill and Jewel Evans Miller.She was united in marriage to Jimmy Kay Walker on March 22, 1952.Mrs. Walker was a homemaker, and was a member of the New Salem Presbyterian Church in Bethel Springs, Tennessee. She was also a member of The Order of the Eastern Star, having formerly served as Worthy Matron. Mrs. Walker departed this life on April 19, 2008 in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 76 Years, 11 Months, 12 Days. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Jimmy Kay Walker of Bethel Springs, TN; two daughters: Jeannie Kaye Richards and husband Ronnie of Memphis, TN and Jeffery Miller Crawford and husband Robert of Charlotte, NC; a son, Joseph Richard (Jody) Walker and wife Teresa of Selmer, TN; five grandsons: William Walker Richards, Joseph Richards, James Jefferson Richards, Rob Crawford and John Kerby Crawford; two sisters: Johnnie Weatherford and husband George of Selmer, TN and Carol Ann Pirtle and husband G. W. of Jackson, TN; a brother, Jackie Miller and wife Wanda of Bethel Springs, TN; and a host of extended family and friends.
