Billie Horton Lupo

Billie Horton Lupo, a shining light in the hearts of those who knew her, was born on November 9, 1965, in Memphis, TN, to the late Jerry Allen Horton and Billie Sue Melton Horton. Her journey through life was marked by love, laughter, and a steadfast spirit that touched everyone around her.

She was united in marriage to Clifton Henry Lupo on April 3, 1985. Mr. Lupo preceded her in death on May 15, 2024.

A true lover of life, Billie found joy in the simple pleasures. She enjoyed watching her favorite shows—NCIS, Law and Order, Golden Girls, Reba, and the Game Show Network. An avid bird watcher, she found serenity in nature, reveling in the beauty that surrounded her. She loved playing domino's, spending time with her family especially "her favorite child" - Bugsy, and her fur baby - Willie the mini-dachshund.

Billie departed this world on February 23, 2025, in Adamsville, Tennessee, leaving behind a legacy of love at the age of 59 years, 3 months, and 14 days. She is survived by her devoted children, Cassie Lupo (Blake Stewart), Jackie O’Steen (Jeremiah), and Bugsy Lupo (Minnie); nine grandchildren: Taylor, Cameron, Jaylee, Maddix, Kylie, Jaden, Conan, Hannah, and Kalen; two sisters, Toni Forbes and Jackie Bedwell, brother, Tom Graham; and a host of extended family and friends who cherished her.

In addition to her husband and parents, Billie was preceded in death by a grandson, Jordan Allen O'Steen.
