Bill Vaughan, age 66 of Bolivar, passed away Saturday, September 20, 2008 at Regional Medical Center at Memphis.He was born February 8, 1942 to G. W. Vaughan, Jr. and Addie Mae Moore Vaughan, both of whom preceded him in death, in Bolivar and lived all his life there. He was a member of the Quarterback Club and of the Shandy Baptist Church, where he taught Sunday School for a while.Survivors include a sister, Loulana Culver of LaGrange, GA; a brother, James Vaughan of Bolivar; a stepfather, Jim Shrump of Bolivar; four nieces and nephews, Crystal Watkins, Clay Culver, Nicole Pulse and Scott McCullough; and three great-nieces and nephews, Tripp Watkins, Anna Beth Watkins and Emily Pulse.
