BEVERLY ANN JEROME SMITHwas born May 18, 1952 in Turlock , California daughter of the late George and Anna Mae Pinental Jerome.She was united in marriage to Kenneth Dale Perry who preceded her in death. Later on she was united in marriage to Thomas Smith who also preceded her in death.Mrs. Smith was a CNA for Mark Twain Convalescent Home in San Andreas, California. She loved to write.Mrs. Smith departed from this life May 5, 2009 at the age of 56 years, 11 months and 17 days.She leaves a son - Kenneth George Perry of San Andreas, Caifornia and a daughter Brandie Ann Boulware also of San Andreas, California.One brother - Gary George Jerome of Turlock, California.7 grandchildren - Austin, Grant, Cody, Lexi, Kylee, Dominic, and Zoey.Her Fiance' Danny Umphrey - Savannah, Tennessee.1 step daughter - Dawn Umphrey - Savannah, Tennessee.
