Beverly Diane King

Beverly was born in Hardeman County, near Toone, the daughter of the late Walter Anthony and Maggie Janette Hatch Davis. She attended Hardeman County Schools. She had worked at International Paper in Jackson and Grinnell Corp. in Henderson. She was married to Jerry King of Henderson in 1989, and they made their home near Henderson. She operated her own cleaning service working for many homes in Chester and Madison Counties. She was a very active member of the Cave Springs Baptist Church and loved singing for the Lord. She sang at revivals and concerts at area churches and also sang at funerals and weddings.



She is survived by her husband Jerry Lloyd King; two sons Lane Wise and Adam Wise all of Henderson; two sisters Martha Stacks and husband Hollis of Saltillo and Shirley Rowland and husband Skippy of Henderson; a brother Bobby Davis and wife Linda of Bolivar; her father-in-law and mother-in-law Lloyd and Lee Nell King and sister-in-law Nancy Connor and husband Tommy all of Henderson.
