Beulah Christine Simmons Daniel

Beulah Christine Simmons Daniel of Collinwood, TN was born January 8, 1925 in Wayne Co., TN, the daughter of the late Henry Thomas and Josephine Burkes Simmons. She was united in marriage to Lester Daniel on July 4, 1942 and he preceded her in death on December 4, 1987.

Mrs. Daniel was a retired seamstress at Angelica Corporation and was a member of the Jehovah's Witness and departed this life on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at her home at the age of 95 Years, 8 Days.

She is survived by sons, Arlie A. Daniel and wife, Betty and Roger Daniel all of Collinwood, TN and Dwight Daniel and Edna of Iron City, TN; grandchildren, Ben Daniel and wife, Wendy, Blake Daniel and wife, Bobbie, Missy Hunt and husband, Roger, Jeff Daniel and wife, Rose, Jody Smith and Heath Daniel; 13 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Novella Cook of Collinwood, TN and Iva Dean Bryant and husband, Billy of Iron City, TN; a very special nephew, Marshall Kelley; several other nieces and nephews and a very special friend, Nancy Winkley.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Daniel was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Heather Daniel; a great-grandson, Kody Hanvey; her grandson-in-law, Kevin Hanvey; her daughter-in-law, Janice Daniel; brothers, Phillip, Hubert, Doil, Tommy Lee, Buford and Floyd Simmons and sisters, Velma Pickard, Lila Lee, Ethel Robbins and Ida Burns.

Services will be Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with John Harrell officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County assisting the family. Visitation will be Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 2 pm to service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Heath, Jeff, Ben and Blake Daniel, Kannan Hanvey and Cody Hunt. Honorary pallbearers will be Schyler, Ashton, Alec and Xander Daniel and Michael Hunt.
