Betty Jane Jennings

Mrs. Betty Jane Jennings of Finger, TN, formerly of Bolivar, departed this life Sunday night, November 25, 2012 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She was 67 years old.
Mrs. Jennings was born in Marigold, Mississippi January 28, 1945 to the late James Vardeman and Lorena Cullum Prewitt and grew up in Cleveland, Mississippi. She graduated from Cleveland High School in 1963 and was united in marriage to James Jennings, who survives, August 6, 1966. Since 1973 she lived in Tennessee and was living in Bolivar until she moved to Finger in August of 2012. She was Southern Baptist in belief.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Michael Jennings and wife Tracy of Bolivar; a sister, Sally Ann Jones of Arlington; and five grandchildren, Cody Jennings, Clay Jennings, Austin Jennings, Brianna Smith and Allison Smith.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a son, Chad Jennings and a brother, Doyle Prewitt.
