Betty Sue Henry

Betty Sue Burgess Henry was born June 1, 1936 in Bethel Springs, Tennessee the daughter of the late Norbert and Gaytha Finley Burgess.She was united in marriage to Aaron Lloyd Henry on April 5, 1959. Mr. Henry preceded her in death on October 24, 2004.Mrs. Henry formerly served as Title One Supervisor for the McNairy County Board of Education. She was also a former employee of the Department of Human Services. She was a graduate of Lambuth University, and had obtained her Masters Degree from Memphis State University. Mrs. Henry was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Selmer, Tennessee.Mrs. Henry departed this life on March 23, 2009 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 72 Years, 9 Months, 22 Days. She is survived by a son, Lee Burgess Henry and wife Melinda of Selmer, TN; a grandchild, Laurie Henry of Franklin, TN; a sister, Bobbie Randolph and husband Neal of Selmer, TN; a niece, Sherri Randolph of Springfield, TN; a nephew, Richard Randolph and wife Pascal of Manchester, TN; two great-nephews: Scott and Eric Randolph; and a host of extended family and friends.
