Graveside Service will be held on Friday, December 10, 2010 at 1:00 pm Walker Cemetery in Waynesboro, Tennessee with Laverne Griggs officiating. Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangments.

Mrs. Carrington departed this life on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at Savannah Health Care Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 78 Years, 8 Months, 7 Days. She was born March 31, 1932 in Waynesboro, Tennessee the daughter of the late Vernest and Gladys Thompson Walker.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Carrington was preceded in death by her husband; L. V. Carrington; brothers, Willard Walker and James Carmen Walker.



Mrs. Carrington was a housewife . She was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church.



She is survived by a daughter, Judy Ann Adams and husband Amos of Waynesboro, TN; granddaughters ; Amber Venable and Heather Merino

great grandchildren; Carden Venable; Alysia and Hector Merino
