She was born in Madison County, the daughter of the late Eugene Carter and Wanda Potter Connor. She attended schools in Madison County and graduated High School in 1970. She was a Breast Cancer Survivors for 10 years.
She is survived by a daughter Andria Kelley of Henderson; two sons Kevin Barham of Henderson and a step son - Tim Barham, Jr. of Henderson; two grandchildren; a sister Peggy Shults and husband David of Henderson; two brothers Glen Carter of Jackson and Doug Carter of Decaturville.
