She was united in marriage to Charles Ray Banks, who survives.
Mrs. Banks retired from Parris Manufacturing and was a life-long member of Old Union Church.
She departed this life on August 4, 2006 at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 61 years, 1 month and 21 days.
Mrs. Banks is survived by her husband, Charles, of Adamsville;
2 sisters: Mary Ruth Bishop of Savannah and Dortha Mae Barnes of Adamsville;
4 nephews; 2 great-nephews and one great-niece.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one niece.
