Bernice Mae White

BERNICE MAE WHITE

was born in the White's Creek community on July 30, 1926 the daughter of the late Arthur and Sula Lynch Cossey.

Mrs. White was united in marriage to Ledford Oneal White, who preceded his wife in death on January 27, 1999.

She was a homemaker and a member White's Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. White also had been a resident of Waterloo, Alabama. She loved gardening, flowers, quilting, sewing and she truly loved baby-sitting her grandchildren.

Mrs. White departed this life on January 26, 2016 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 89 years, 5 months and 27 days.

She is survived by her two sons, Danny Ray White and his wife Debra of Savannah, Tennessee and Robert Earl White of Savannah, Tennessee.

five grandchildren, Brandy Denise White, Brandy Michelle Henderson, Robert Shane White, Seth Alexander Cook and Daphne Hardin

nine great grandchildren, Hunter White, Matthew White, Bailey Henderson, Lindsay Henderson, Alexagail Cook, Trinity Hardin, Madison Hardin, Cloye Hardin and Isabella Clark

one sister, Jane Aumack of Bristol, Indiana

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one granddaughter, Jennifer Lynn White, one brother, Berlon Cossey and three sisters, Lucille Austin, Edith Bevis and Evelyn Conway
