Barry Alan Wood

Barry Alan Wood was born August 25, 1963 in Lauderdale County, TN the son of  Billy D. and Faye L. Hancock Wood.

Barry was always full of life and the life the party everywhere he went. He was a wonderful cook, enjoyed painting different landscapes, and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Barry departed this life on November 15, 2023 in  at the age of 60 Years, 2 Months, 21 Days. He is survived by two daughters, Leslye McMeans of Counce, TN, Sheena Wood of Counce, TN; parents, Billy and Faye Wood of Adamsville, TN; partner, Robbie Michael of Counce, TN; 4 Grandchildren, and 2 Step Grandchildren; half brother, Bill Wood, Jr. of Counce, TN; aunt, Patsy Langley of Ripley, TN; and a host of extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Donald  Ray Wood. 

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
