Barbara Ann Smith Shubert

Barbara Ann Smith Shubert was born on July 28, 1953 in Hardin County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Alvin Eugene and Bessie Benson Smith.

Barbara worked as a seamstress at Angelica Manufacturing for 20 years. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and spending time with her family.

Barbara Ann Smith Shubert departed this life on February 18, 2023 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 69 years, 6 months, and 21 days.

She is survived by her sons, Tim Shubert and his wife Trish of Savannah, Tennessee and Dale Shubert of Destin, Florida; daughter, Brianna Wilkins of Savannah, Tennessee and Brianna's father, Jerome Wilkins of Glen, Mississippi; brother, Arthur Smith of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; sisters, Wanda Franks and her husband Howard and Becky Lambert and her husband Dennis, all of Savannah, Tennessee; and grandchildren, Austin Shubert, Aiden Shubert, and Dalton Shubert.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Lou Franks and Betty O'Daniel; brothers, Alvin Smith and Garry Smith; and granddaughter, Harper Louanna.
