Barbara Sue Easley Brown departed this life on Monday, October 20, 2014, at the age of 75 years, 5 months, 25 days.
She was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on April 25, 1939, the daughter of the late Edwin and Eunice Scott Easley. On January 18, 1958, she was united in marriage to Bobby Gene Brown, who preceded her in death on May 8, 1995.
Barbara was a lifelong Hardin Countian and had worked at Brown Shoe Company as a packer. She was a member of Wesley's Chapel United Methodist Church and an Eastern Star. She had volunteered C.A.M. at the United Methodist Church and at the cancer center . Barbara enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, loved fishing, and working in her yard.
She is survived by her children, Judith Brown, and Eddie Brown and wife, Patty, all of Savannah, Tennessee; brothers, Leon Easley and Thomas Doyle Easley both of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Scottie Brown and Ashley Brown; great-grandchildren, Baylie Brown and Walker Brown.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathy Brown; second mother, Hester Easley; siblings, Louie Easley, Billy Easley, Ronnie Easley, Scotty Easley, Ruth Cook, Edwina Lewis, and Nita Faye Ferrell.
