She is survived by a son Matthew Hawkins of Bells, TN; three daughters Wendy McCoy (Roger) of Ripley, Pamela Perry (George) of Brownsville and Stephanie Cox of Bells; five grandchildren and a brother Larry Arnold of Ripley.
She was born in Seneca, SC, the daughter of the late J.W. and Lennie Laverne Weaver Arnold. She attended High School in Ripley. She was an accomplished writer, writing her own autobiography, books of poetry, fictional books, self help and self wellness books on arthritis. She had been diagonised with rheumatoid arthritis for 21 years.
