Autrey Parker, 68, of Eads, died Sunday morning, May 22, 2005at her home.
The widow of Orion Glenn Parker, who died August 27, 2001 after 43 years of marriage, she was a bookkeeper in the business office of State Technical Institute. Mrs. Parker was born November 7, 1936 in Hardeman County, daughter of the late Otis and Mayola Murley Armour and had lived in Memphis from 1969-1985before making her home in Eads in 1985.
Services will be 1 PM Wednesday, May 25, 2005 at Memphis Funeral Home on Germantown Parkway with Bro. Ed Nix officiating. Burial will be in Memphis Memory Garden. Shackelford Funeral Directors of Bolivar were in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include one daughter, Bernadette Meyers of Chesapeake, VA; one son, Keith Parker of Memphis; one brother, Harold Armour of Oakland; one sister, Helen McCommon of Memphis and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister, May Jones.
