was born September 16, 1931 in Franklin County, Mississippi the son of the late Daniel Jeptha and Lerlean Hagan Coleman.
Mr. Coleman lived in Natchez, Mississippi for 40+ years, until in 2001 he moved to Nashville, Tennessee.
During his life Mr. Coleman worked for T.E. Mercer Trucking Company as a truck driver for 20 years and Diamond International as a Plant Foreman for 19 years. His hobbies included watching westerns, M.A.S.H., and spending time with his with his friends and family.
Mr. Coleman departed this life on October 23, 2007 in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 76 Years, 1 Month, 7 Days.
He is survived by 2 daughters: Debi Coleman of Nashville, Tennessee and Anne Richards of Houston, Texas; 1 son: Gary Coleman of Nashville, Tennessee; 2 sisters: Bobbie Smith of Nashville, Tennessee and Nell Varnado of Port Gibosn, Mississippi; 3 grandchildren: Ashlee Coleman, Ashley Richards, and Frank Richards.
Ashley is preceded in death by his wife and love of his life for 48 years, Eva Jean "Jeanne" Wood Coleman; his parents; 2 brothers: D. J. Coleman and Eugene Coleman.
