Arlie Porter Naylor

April 17, 1926 — May 20, 2006

Mr. Naylor was born and reared in the Masseyville Community of Chester County, the son of the late William Bradford and Lura Holmes Naylor. He attended Phillip’s School and entered the US Amry in 1945 and was stationed in the Phillipians. He was married to Pauline Riley in 1946. They lived in the Laurel Hill Community of Chester County and he worked at the Milan Arsenal for a few years. He then worked at Western State Hospital in Bolivar for 38 years and retired as nurse supervisor in 1988. They had lived in Henderson the past 11 years and he was a member of the Henderson Church of Christ.



He is survived by his wife, Pauline Riley Naylor of Henderson, three sons; Bobby Darrell Naylor (Tina) of Memphis, Rickey Naylor (Dianna) of Mobile, AL, Gary M. Naylor (Amy) of Jackson and four daughters; Ann Bell(Lloyd) of Bolivar, Wanda Partelow of Henderson, Jan Johnson (Dave) of Brighton, and Pam Bailey (Brian) of Lexington. He has 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
