Annie Brewer

Annie Pigg Brewer was born September 1, 1915 in Cypress Inn, Tennessee to the late Leonidas and Mattie Hayes Pigg. She was married to Roy Brewer who preceded her in death. She died Friday, November 28, 2008 at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in Florence. Mrs. Brewer was a homemaker and had been a member of Scotts Chapel Freewill Baptist Church for over 78 years.She is survived by a sister in law; Ruia Pigg; nieces, Imogene Smith, Lillie Franks, and Morene Smith; nephews, Arlie, Ross, Curtis, Joel, and Jimmy Pigg, Elzo and Carvil Smith; several great and great-great nieces and nephews.Services were Sunday, November 30, 2008 at 1:30 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home in Collinwood, Tennessee with Allen Berry officiating. Burial followed in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
