Mrs. Anna Mae Sherman, age 75 of Grand Valley Lakes, Saulsbury, Tennessee, passed from this life Thursday morning, September 25, 2014 at her home.
Mrs. Sherman was born in Kingman, Indiana April 5, 1939 to the late Arnold William and Lillie Green Watson Brookshire. On March 30, 1958, she was united in marriage to Joseph Clifford Sherman, who survives, and the two lived in Hardeman County for 16 years. She worked as a home maker who loved God and placed Him as most important in her life. She was a devoted wife, loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and enjoyed listening to gospel music.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Debbie Babcock of Saulsbury, and LeAnn Yubas of Saulsbury; three sons, Kevin Sherman of Saulsbury, Roger Sherman of Millington, and Jeff Sherman of Pensacola, Florida; a sister, Eileen Boller of Covington; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and a brother.
