Ann Fulghum Warr, 77, of Bolivar, died Tuesday afternoon, February 21, 2006 at Bolivar General Hospital.
The widow of Thomas Percy Warr, Jr., who died December 2, 1988 after 40 years of marriage, she was a retired retail merchant. Mrs. Warr was born October 1, 1928 in Bolivar, daughter of the late Marcus W. and Myra Louise Jacobs Fulghum and lived here all her life. She graduated from Bolivar Central High School in 1947 and was a member of Bolivar First Baptist Church.
Services were 1:00 PM Thursday, February 23, 2006 at Shackelford Funeral Directors Bolivar chapel with Dr. Ernest E. James and David Cooper officiating. Burial was in Union Cemetery in Bolivar.
Survivors include one son, Tommy Warr of Bolivar; one daughter, Janet W. McKinnie of Las Vegas, Nevada; two sisters and three brothers, Betty Blasingame, Myra Hazlegrove, Joe, Jerry and Edward Fulghum, all of Bolivar; four granchildren, Angie Jackson, Brandon and Michael Warr and Adrian Wiggins; five great grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, “Snooks†and Robert Fulghum.
