Ann Grace, 75, of Bolivar, died Tuesday morning, January 30, 2007 ar Bolivar General Hospital.
The wife of Adolphus Lee “Doc†Grace, who survives, she was a secretary in the ABC Building of Bolivar Elementary from 1961-98. Mrs. Grace was born July 5, 1931 in Alcorn County, Miss., daughter of the late Willie James Jones and Mattie V. Hines Jones. She grew up in Corinth and made her home in Bolivar in 1954. She loved to garden, read, sew and work with children. Mrs. Grace was a member of Bolivar First United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday school for several years.
In addition to her husband, whom she married January 24, 1952, survivors include two daughters, Deborah Ann Petty of Bolivar and Teresa Lee Clement of Corinth, Miss.; five grandchildren, Jeremy Lee Deming, Justin Lynn Petty, Melissa Ann King, Valerie Beasley, Mitch Higgins and two great grandchildren, Isak Ross Deming and Kindle Grace King.
