Andrew William (Andy) Butler

Andrew William (Andy) Butler of Collinwood was born October 15, 1978 in Deerfield Beach , Fl, the son of Ronald Butler and Laurie Kaiser Hardee. Mr. Butler departed this life on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at his home in Collinwood, Tennessee at the age of 35 Years, 11 Months, 22 Days.

Andy was an Air Conditioning Technician formerly employed by Roscoe Brown Air Conditioning in Murfreesboro TN and recently River City Refrigeration in Waynesboro TN. He formerly had lived in Murfreesboro, TN, Lascassas, TN, and Unionville, TN.

He is survived by two daughters, Callie Nicole Butler of Lafayette, LA, Courtney Breanne Butler of Murfreesboro,TN, his father, Ronald Butler and step-mother, Lesley of Canfield, OH, mother, Laurie Hardee of Collinwood, TN, three brothers, Matt Butler of Colorado Springs, CO, Caden Hand of Collinwood, TN, Landon Willis of Collinwood, TN, step-brother, Dan Rafferty and wife Delrdre of Destin, FL.,sister, Katy Butler Broadwell and husband Jeremy of Falcon,CO, step-sister, Erin Frum and husband Drew of Westerville,OH, grandmother, Laura Butler of MIllersburg,OH, 3 nieces and 2 nephews. He was preceeded in death by grandparents, Richard W. Butler I, Edmund O. Kaiser, and Verna V. Bledsoe Kaiser.

Services will be held on Tuesday October 14, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee with Pastor Leo Doyle officiating. He will be cremated following services.
