Ami Ethel Merryman

Ami Ethel Merryman was born February 8, 1934 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of the late George Edwin and Clara Amelia Schahfer Bullock. She was united in marriage to Vernon Lee Merryman on August 18, 1951. Mr. Merryman preceded her in death on April 3, 1998.



Mrs. Merryman was a retired materials inventory associate having worked for K-Mart and ALCO in Savannah, Tennessee. She enjoyed reading books and crocheting.



Mrs. Merryman departed this life on December 23, 2010 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 76 Years, 10 Months, 15 Days.



She is survived by three sons, Michael Lee Merryman and wife Bonnie of Adamsville, TN, Jack Randolph Merryman and wife Janine of Adamsville, TN, Ray Edwin Merryman and wife Beth of Redford, MI; two sisters, Joanne Merryman of Westland, MI, Ariel Denomie and husband Norbert of Holton Lake, MI; a sister-in-law, Polly McQueen of Redford, MI; a brother, David Bullock and wife Peggy of Detroit, MI; two brothers-in-law, James Merryman and wife Norma of Henderson, TN, Paul Pearce of Westland, MI; eight grandchildren, Nancy Colon and husband Luis, Craig Bingham, Ginger Dobbs, Billy Jack Merryman and wife Maria, Jennifer Childers and husband Charles, Ray Merryman and wife Melissa, Jessica Wolf and husband James, Ryan Merryman; thirteen great grandchildren, McKenzie Colon, Dylan Colon, Grant Taylor, Alisha Bingham, Emily Bingham, Shyann Bingham, Ashley Bingham, Alex Merryman, Alizaya Merryman, Jaden Cotner, McKenzie Miller, Brooke Merryman, Abigail Wolf; a host of other relatives and friends.



In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Merryman was preceded in death by a son, Eugene Vernon Merryman.
