Funeral services with Masonic Rites for Alvin M. Robertson, 80, Cypress Inn, TN was 3:00 pm Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at Shackelford Chapel, Collinwood, TN with Jerry Robbins and John E. Banks officiating. Interment followed services in McGlamery Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.



Pallbearers are Royce Robertson, Troy Fairley, Sam Bilyeu, Matt Taylor, Chris Gambrell, Tim Powell, and Charles Daniels.



Mr. Robertson, a lifelong resident of Wayne County, died Sunday, March 25, 2007 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, TN. He was a son of the late Clyde and Bethel Holt Robertson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mae Dean Berry Robertson; son, Jimmy Robertson; and a son in law, Robert Earl Brison. Mr. Robertson was retired from Murray Ohio Manufacturing and Daniels Cee Bee in Collinwood. He was a member of McGlamery Church, Collinwood Masonic Lodge 702 and Eastern Star 422.



Survivors are daughters, Brenda Adams and husband Marcus of Lawrenceburg, TN, Kathy Brison of Collinwood, TN

6 grandchildren, Sherrie and husband Royce of Lawrenceburg, TN, Dena Fairley and husband Troy of Ooltewah, TN, Crystal Sanderson, Cypress Inn, TN, Jenny Bilyeu and husband Sam of Bartlett, TN, Jyl Taylor and husband Matt of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Alisha Gambrell and husband Chris of Westpoint, TN; 6 great grandchildren, Jacob and Sammy Robertson of Lawrenceburg, TN, Kaylee Grace, Noah Lynn, and Nicholas Clyde Sanderson of Cypress Inn, TN, and Andon Scott Taylor of Lawrenceburg, TN; Godson, Tim Powell and wife Joy of Collinwood, TN

and God Great Granddaughter, Celia Lillie Mae Powell.
