On April 6, 2025, this remarkable woman departed this life in Memphis, Tennessee, at the age of 85, leaving behind a legacy of love and connection. She is survived by her devoted husband of 65 years, Dr. Joseph Wasson of Memphis, TN; son, David Bryan Wasson of Memphis, TN; two loving grandchildren, Christopher Bryan Wasson and Natalie Alexandra Wasson both of Memphis, TN; and a host of extended family and friends.

Alice was not just a wife; she was a dynamo of life. She thrived in the world of aerobics, enjoyed tennis matches, and occasionally played a round of golf.
However, her heart was truly at home at the family cabin in Pickwick, a cherished retreat where memories were woven with laughter, love, and the joyous presence of her family including her grandchildren and their precious friends whom she loved as her own. She delighted in every moment spent with her beloved family, including her bonus grandchildren, Brianna and Isabel - each a treasured memory adding to her legacy.
