A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, 3:00 pm at Philadelphia Cemetery in Waynesboro, Tennessee , with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangments.



Visitation will be on Monday, Nov. 5, 6:00-8:00 pm and on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 8:00 am until 2:30 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Waynesboro.



Mrs.Alice J. Morris McClain departed this life on Sunday, November 4, 2012at her home in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 70 Years, 10 Months, 19 Days. She was born December 16, 1941 in Waynesboro, TN the daughter of the late John Herman and Mary Ann Walker Morris. In addition to her parents, Mrs. McClain was preceded in death by her husband; Hubert McClain grandparents; Gray Walker and Leona Walker; brothers, Billy Morris and Jesse Gene Morris.



Mrs. McClain was a retired Adminstrative Secretary for the State of TN Criminal Court of Appeals and member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee.



She is survived by sons, Hubert Gregory McClain and wife Daniella , Jason Edwin McClain ; grandchildren; Kelley Gayle McClain; Savanna Grace; Sydni Nikole and Gregory Elijah McClain; brothers; J.D. Morris Harold Morris; Joe Morris and Robert Morris; sisters, Ann Turnbo and Sue Morris all of Waynesboro, TN;
