Alice Bell Matney Greer, was born February 10, 1942 in Waynesboro, TN the daughter of the late Boyd Franklin and Edna Mae Jackson Matney. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mt. Hope Methodist Church.
Ms. Greer departed this life on Sunday January 23, 2022, at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 79 Years, 11 Months, 13 Days.
She is survived by a brother, John Daniel Matney of Lawrenceburg, TN, several nieces and nephews
In addition to her parents, Ms Greer was preceded in death by brothers, Leamon Matney and James Matney, sisters, Bobbie Linderman, Ruth Brewer and Dollie Swinea.
Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Mt. Hope (Christian) Cemetery in Waynesboro, Tennessee with Steven Turnbow officiating. Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.
