Funeral services for Alice Amanda Gallaher Brown, age 87, of Waynesboro, TN were conducted on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at 1:00 pm Shackelford Chapel, Waynesboro with Matthew Morine officiating. Interment following in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.
Alice Amanda Gallaher Brown, a native of Wayne County, TN died on Wednesday , August 15, 2007 at Wayne Medical Center, Waynesboro. Mrs. Alice was born on April 30, 1920 in Collinwood, TN to the late Adolphus LeRoy and Nora Loyd Gallaher. She was preceded in death by her husband; Charles Spurgeon Brown; and sister of the late Roy and Lonnie Gallaher and Alma Melson.
Mrs. Alice was a clerk and member of the Waynesboro Church of Christ.
