Alfred C. Morrow

Mr. Alfred C. Morrow, Jr. departed this life on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 66 Years, 3 Months, 5 Days. He was born July 1, 1950 in Hohenwald, TN the son of the late Alfred C. and Kathern Gray Morrow. In addition to his parents, Mr. Morrow was preceded in death by sister, Mary Lois Morrow.

He was united in marriage to Shirley J. Staggs on October 19, 1968.

Mr. Morrow was retired from Murray Ohio Manufacturing as a press worker. He was a member of the Green River Bapitst Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee.

He is survived by his wife Shirley J. Staggs Morrow , daughter, Teresa Thompson and husband Terry , son, Jeff Morrow , brother, Chris Morrow and wife Vickie , sisters, Roseann Teeftaller and Sheila Keating and husband Michael all of Waynesboro, TN, Loretta Wilkerson and husband Charles of Savannah, TN, and Pearl Griffin of Dickson, TN, grandchildren, Keisha Cherry, Teri-Beth Mordecai, Chaston Morrow, Alicia Thompson and Kylei Thompson, great grandchildren, Case Cherry and Jase Cherry.

Services will be held on Sunday, October 9, 2016 at 1:30 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Bobby Carroll and Cal Hampton officiating. Burial will follow in Highland United Methodist Church Cemetery near Lawrenceburg, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be on Saturday, October 8, 5:00-9:00 pm and on Sunday, October 9, 8:00 am until service time @ Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro, TN.
