Alex Reeves

John Samuel Alexander Reeves was born November 19, 1979 in Selmer, TN.

Alex had a spirit that embraced nature, finding peace and pleasure in fishing, hiking, gardening, and animals, especially unique pets. His love for the outdoors reflected his deep appreciation for the simple joys in life. A true friend to all, he possessed a remarkable ability to connect with people wherever he went. He loved being the pit master for Liberty, going to Shiloh, Big Hill Pond and long drives in the Country.

Alex departed this life on November 27, 2024 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 45 Years.

He is survived by his mother, Julie Robinson Westmoreland and husband Fred of Saltillo, MS, a sister, Abby Westmoreland of Tupelo, MS; a brother, Toby Reeves and wife Jennifer of Mantachie, MS; a niece, Avery Kate Reeves; uncle, Adam Robinson and wife Ina of Boulder, CO; beloved dog, Bitsy; and many cousins and friends.
