Albert Ramey Smith

Albert Ramey Smith of Bethel Springs, Tennessee, was born on Wednesday, August 3, 1949, in McNairy County, the son of the late Wess Smith and Evelyn Thacker Smith Ray. He worked as a timber cutter and logger.He passed from this life on Thursday, September 7, 2006, at his home at the age of 57 years, 1 month, and 4 days.Survivors are his 6 brothers and 4 sisters; Kenneth Smith, Raymond Smith, and Bobby Smith, all of Bethel Springs; William Smith of Selmer, Tennessee; Wayne Smith, Steve Smith, Mary Dean Baggett, Glenda Houston, and Ollie Smith, all of Henderson, Tennessee; and Linda Teague of Memphis, Tennessee.A host of other family and friends.Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother James Danny Smith.
