Albert Blackwelder

Albert (Tommy) Blackwelder was born November 29, 1924 in Hardin County, Tennessee the son of the late Tone and Daisy Mae Meadows Blackwelder.On February 3, 1963 he married the former Patsy Ann Bain who preceded him in death on May 4, 2001.Mr. Blackwelder worked for Brown Shoe Company and he was an Army Veteran of World War II. He lived in the Robertson Chapel Community.Mr. Blackwelder departed from this life April 24, 2007 at the Hardin County Nursing Home at the age of 82 years, 4 months, and 26 days.He leaves two daughters: Teresa Ann Blackwelder McClain , Savannah, Tennessee and Tonia Mae Blackwelder Pugh, Adamsville, Tennessee.1 Grandchild - Laura Elizabeth McClain, Savannah, Tennessee.1 sister - Margaret Northcutt - Savannah, Tennessee.4 brothers - Hugh Blackwelder, James P. Blackwelder, J. E. Blackwelder and Danny Blackwelder all of Savannah, Tennessee.He was preceded in death by two sisters: Sarah Evans and Emogene Polk.3 brothers; Burnace Blackwelder, Bert Blackwelder, and Vaughn T. Blackwelder.
