Adrian Shorter

Adrian Shorter age 25 passed away March 17, 2025 in Bethel Springs, TN.

He was born in Mendota, IL on March 7, 2000, son of the late April Rorah French. He was adopted and raised by Edward and Kathy Shorter and grew up and attended schools in Dekalb, IL and Bethel Springs, TN.

He worked for Monogram Refrigeration in Selmer.

He was engaged to Hope Marie Hart and they shared a beautiful baby girl Maddie together.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a big help to his mother taking care of the yard and other tasks.

He is survived by his fiancee Hope Marie Hart and daughter Madeline Nicole Shorter of Bethel Springs;a stepdaughter Rosalina Thompson of Waynesboro; his parents Edward and Kathy Shorter of Bethel Springs, brothers Big Eric Shorter of Bethel Springs, Ryan Shorter (Angie) of Morristown, TN, Colton Shorter (Kira) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Little Eric Shorter of Bethel Springs; a sister Naomi Hardesty of Peoria, IL; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

In addition to his birth mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents Gerene and Iva Underwood.
