A. C. Dickey

A. C. Dickey was born August 4, 1929 in Stantonville, TN the son of the late Willie D. and Ella B. Hopkins Dickey. Mr. Dickey departed this life on March 14, 2013 in Ramer, Tennessee at the age of 83 Years, 7 Months, 10 Days.He was a member of Guys Christian Church. He was a farmer and had worked at Brown Shoe Company in Selmer, Townhouse Mobile Home Company in Selmer, and last worked as a security guard at ITT in Corinth, MS.He loved fishing, camping, and spending time with his family and friends.He is survived by three daughters, Louise Dickey of Guys, TN, Patty McLemore and husband Marty of Jackson, TN, Tina Robertson and husband Ray of Guys, TN; four sons, Larry Dickey and wife Cindy of Corinth, MS, Anthony Dickey and wife Ganevia of Guys, TN, Jerry Dickey of Guys, TN, Jeff Dickey and wife Phyllis of Ripley, MS; 22 Grandchildren, 31 Great Grandchildren. A host of extended family and friends.In addition to his parents, Mr. Dickey was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Shelton, Myrtle Brown; a brother, Mancil Dickey; a grt-grandchild, Jonathan York.
