CRYSTAL ALEXANDER

Finger, TN: Crystal Lynn Lewis Alexander, age 40, passed away December 12, 2020 at her home.

She was born July 11, 1980 in Jackson and grew up in Jackson, the daughter of Mary Rosalyn Bishop Lewis and the late Lynn Beasley Lewis. She attended school at Northside. She married Henry Alexander in 1996 and they made their home at Finger. She was transportation driver for Madison Transport, a patient transportation company. She enjoyed raising goats, and she was the “Mama Bear” of the family and enjoyed taking family photos. She had an indescribable love for her children and grandchildren.

She was a member of the Old Friendship Baptist Church.

Mrs. Alexander is survived by her husband, Melvin Henry Alexander, Jr. of Finger; her mother, Mary Rosalyn Bishop Lewis; four sons, Daulton Alexander of Woodsville, NH, Justin Alexander, Hunter Alexander and Landen Alexander all of Finger; a daughter, Jamie Lynn Alexander of Bethel Springs; three grandchildren, Axle Edgerley, Jimmy Edgerley and Brooklyn Alexander and two sisters, Brandy Renee Horton of Trezevant and Nichole Ness of Adamsville.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 16th at Old Friendship Baptist Church with Iran Smith, Henry Alexander, Jr and Justin Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in Old Friendship Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Old Friendship Baptist Church beginning at 11:00 AM Wednesday until service time at 2:00 PM.
