Cody Jarrett Wade was born on December 6, 1985 in Jackson, Tennessee the son of Charles Jarrett Wade and the late Melanie Gayle Vanhoose Henne.
Cody worked at The Horizon Center as a director and counselor. He took great pride in The Horizon Center and the work he did there. He was a member of Olivet Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Savannah, Tennessee.
Cody Wade departed this life on January 26, 2016 at the age of 30 years, 1 month, 20 days.
He is survived by his father, Charlie Wade of Savannah, Tennessee; sister, Crystal Neill, and her husband Tim, of Savannah, Tennessee; and niece and nephew, Abby and Tyler.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joel and Patsy Vanhoose.
No service will be held.
