Clara Marie Bunch

Clara Marie Turnbo Bunch of Waynesboro, TN was born August 7, 1927 in Clifton, TN, the daughter of the late Kenny L. and Mary Alma Boyd Turnbo. She was united in marriage to Dan Bunch on September 25, 1945 and he preceded her in death on January 22, 1983.

Mrs. Bunch was retired from Clifton Manufacturing and was a member of Phillips Chapel Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee.

Mrs. Bunch departed this life on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Wayne County Nursing Home in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 86 Years, 6 Months, 18 Days.

She is survived by sons, Donald Eugene and Robert Daniel Bunch and daughter, Patsy Nell Bunch Holder Arnold all of Waynesboro, TN; grandchildren, Tina Templeton, Leigh Ann Pierce, Kevin Bunch, Stacey Thompson, Gina Dollar, Samuel Smith, and Whitney Richardson; great-grandchildren, Adam and Kristen Templeton, Jordan Risner, Lukas Pierce, Ben Dollar, Gunnar Bunch, Henley Floyd, Mackenly Smith, and Isabella and Anna Beth Richardson; great-great-grandchild, Jaxx Templeton; brothers, Bobby L. Turnbo and John T Turnbo both of Waynesboro, TN; sisters, Dorothy Turnbo and Delia Collins both of Hohenwald, TN, and Betty Lineberry of Clifton, TN; nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Chad Balentine officiating. Burial will follow in Worley Cemetery, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County directing. Pallbearers will be Kevin Bunch, Adam Templeton, Lukas Pierce, Ben Dollar, Gunnar Bunch, Rick Pierce, and Phillip Thompson. Honorary pallbearers will be James Haddock, Samuel Smith, and Clint Butler. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 26, 2014 from 6:30 pm to 9 pm and Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 8 am until service time at the funeral home.
