"A Night at the Movies" is the theme for the Hardin County Education Foundation's second dessert cabaret which will be held April 29 at the Savannah Church of Christ. Beginning at 7:00 p.m., the cabaret will feature performances by local entertainers as well as desserts from the movies "Steel Magnolias", "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory", and "Julie and Julia". Tickets are $10.00 each and may be purchased at Central Bank, The Chamber of Commerce or Shackelford Funeral Directors in Savannah. The money raised will be used to fund scholarships for graduating seniors and mini-grants for area teachers.
